So you can zip up and bliss out. SGS-tested, free from azo dyes, formaldehyde and allergenic dyes. Every HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket™ includes one insert. This set adds the pillowcase and a second insert.

What do I wear inside?
A layer of loose cotton clothing, including socks. For extra comfort, use the HEAT Cotton Insert™ that came with your blanket.

How long is a session?
Up to 60 minutes. The blanket powers down automatically.

How do I clean and store it?
Allow it to cool completely, clean it (we recommend the all-natural HEAT Cleaning Spray™), fold it up and store in a dark, dry place.

Can I travel with it?
Yes. It folds up, and the HEAT Travel Bag™ is made for exactly that.
