Returns

60-day returns on the HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket™ and the HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket Kit™

You have 60 days from the day you receive your blanket to return it. Use it, sweat in it, and if it isn't your ritual, send it back. To be refunded in full, the blanket must come back in like-new condition, wiped down, complete with the control unit, power cord and manual, and packed so it travels safely. Keep the HEAT Cotton Insert™ that came with it; it is yours. For the Kit, the HEAT Cotton Insert & Pillow Set™ must be unused and the HEAT Sauna Blanket Travel Bag™ in like-new condition. A blanket that comes back damaged, unsanitary or incomplete may be refunded in part or refused.

All other products

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Personal care goods, supplements, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we sort it out regardless of these rules.

How to return

Email info@heatbysophialie.com with your order number before you send anything. For orders delivered within Sweden we send you a return shipping label and instructions. For orders delivered outside Sweden you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself; we tell you where to send it. Parcels sent back without a confirmed return are not processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us at support@elogistk.se immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We inspect every return when it arrives and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card company may need a few extra days to post it.

Your rights

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases is unaffected by these terms.
