Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Personal care goods, supplements, sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

Right of withdrawal

Under Swedish law you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase. You may unpack and look at the product the way you would in a store. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct for the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@heatbysophialie.com within two months of noticing it, with your order number and a photo or short video. We repair or replace it, and where that isn't possible, refund you. Under Swedish consumer law you can report faults for three years from delivery. Our 1-year warranty on the HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket™ comes on top of this.

How to return

Email support@heatbysophialie.com with your order number before you send anything. For orders delivered within Sweden we send you a return shipping label and instructions. For orders delivered outside Sweden you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself; we tell you where to send it. Parcels sent back without a confirmed return are not processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We inspect every return when it arrives and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days; your bank or card company may need a few extra days to post it.
