Shipping policy

Delivery within Sweden takes 2–7 working days with tracking. International orders take 5–15 working days. During holidays and launches it can take a little longer.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Postnord to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left Sweden. 

We are registered in the Norwegian VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme. This means that Norwegian VAT is included in the price for orders under NOK 3,000, and you will not be charged additional import VAT or handling fees upon delivery. Please note, however, that HEAT Collagen Powder™ and HEAT Electrolyte Powder™ are excluded from this VAT exemption.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, unused and in its original packaging. Email support@heatbysophialie.com with your order number before you send anything. For orders delivered within Sweden we send you a return shipping label. Parcels sent back without a confirmed return are not processed.
