Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: To book an appointment, the easiest way is to download our app, HEAT by Sophia Lie, available on both the App Store and Google Play. You can also book directly through our website. For a smoother process, we recommend using these digital options. If necessary, you can call us, but please note that you'll need to provide a card for payment at the time of booking.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?
A: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure everything runs smoothly. Arriving late means your session will be shortened, as we can’t extend your appointment time.

Q: What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price.

Q: Can I bring a friend to my session?
A: Yes! Share your IR Sauna, Cryotherapy, or Ice Bathing experience with a friend for just 295 SEK, payable upon arrival.

TREATMENTS

Q: What do I need to bring for an IR Sauna or Ice Bathing session?
A: You don’t need to bring robes, towels, or slippers—we’ve got you covered! Skincare products, shower products, and a Dyson hairdryer are available after your session. For Ice Bathing, please bring your own swimsuit.

Q: What should I wear for an LPG Massage?
A: You’ll wear an LPG stocking, which we provide for you.

Q: What should I bring or wear for Full Body Cryotherapy?
A: We provide a headband, disposable face mask, gloves, socks, and boots. Please bring a sports bra/top without metal wiring or details, and either shorts or underwear—you decide.

Q: Is there an age limit for treatments?
A: Yes, our treatments are available to individuals aged 18 and older.

GIFT CARDS

Q: What are the terms and conditions for gift cards?
A: Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Q: What is a Treatment Gift Card?
