How to Use
How to Use
1. Apply body oil or moisturizer to prepare the skin.
2. Start with HEAT Body Gua Sha™. Gently glide the gua sha along the contours of your arms, legs, torso, feet, and hands in long, sweeping motions.
3. Using gentle pressure, stroke each area 3-5 times, always towards your heart. Finish each stroke with a light massage at the endpoint (lymph nodes).
4. Using the HEAT Facial Gua Sha™, start at the neck, gliding downwards toward the collarbone. At the end of each stroke, gently massage the endpoint (lymph nodes). Repeat 3-5 times per side.
5. Sweep along the jawline towards the ear. Move under the eyes, pressing along the cheekbones and sweeping outward. Sweep across the forehead, down towards the temples.
6. Rinse the tools with warm water and soap after use and store in a dry place.
