Gently glide suction cups over cheeks, forehead, and jawline using upward and outward motions. Focus on tension-prone or dull areas for 3-5 minutes per area.
HEAT Body Gua Sha™
1. Apply body oil or moisturizer to prepare the skin.
2. Start with HEAT Body Gua Sha™. Gently glide the gua sha along the contours of your arms, legs, torso, feet, and hands in long, sweeping motions.
3. Using gentle pressure, stroke each area 3-5 times, always towards your heart. Finish each stroke with a light massage at the endpoint (lymph nodes).
4. Rinse the tools with warm water and soap after use and store in a dry place.
