How It Works
The Challenge is 7 days from your first visit. The booking window is 4 weeks so you can fit it around your calendar.
- Book your spot between Tuesday 3 November and Sunday 15 November at 23:59 CET. Once your spot is secured, call NK 08-762 80 79 to schedule your three visits. We book all three in a single call so the sequence is right.
- At visit 1 Your 1:1 with your HEAT consultant, then LPG Full Face & Body 75 min, IR Sauna 30 min and your Red Light Facial. Your friend can join you for the sauna. You take home your Facial Cupping Set and Sophia’s Fall Protocol.
- At visit 2 (within 7 days of visit 1) LPG, IR Sauna and Red Light Facial again. Your friend can join for the sauna again, or bring a different friend.
- At visit 3 (within 7 days of visit 1) Full-Body Cryo, Lymphatic Compression and a Red Light Facial, then your closing 1:1 with your consultant. Your friend can join you for the cryo.
- Done. Done means done. No hanging visits, no completion deadlines.
Life happens. If you cannot fit your three visits into the 4-week booking window, we will extend. No questions, no penalty.
FAQ
What’s new for the Fall Edition?
A Red Light Facial at every visit, and Lymphatic Compression at visit 3. Your take home gift is the HEAT Facial Cupping Set and Sophia’s Fall Protocol with her mung bean soup. And your friend can now join you for Full-Body Cryo as well as the sauna. The price is the same: 3 995 kr.
Can my friend join me for the LPG or the Red Light Facial too?
The friend benefit is for the IR Sauna on visits 1 and 2 and Full-Body Cryo on visit 3. LPG, Red Light and Lymphatic Compression are 1:1 for you.
Do I have to bring the same friend each time?
No. Bring the same friend or a different one each visit. Your call.
My friend has never been to HEAT. Anything they need to do?
They fill in a short intake form when they arrive. Reception walks them through it.
Is the price including VAT?
Yes. 3 995 kr includes VAT.
How do I schedule my three visits?
By phone. Once your spot is secured, call NK reception and we book all three visits in a single 5 minute call so the sequence is right. The number and hours are at the bottom of this page.
What happens after the Challenge?
At your final visit, your consultant will talk you through your next step, whether that’s a pack to keep building or the Sculpt Membership to keep it where it is.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
The 3 995 kr is non-refundable once booked, but if life makes it impossible to fit your three visits inside the 4-week booking window, we extend. No questions, no penalty.
