Do I need a special oil?
Any facial oil, serum, balm or moisturiser works. Apply before use.
How do I clean it?
Wash with warm soapy water after each use.
Can I use it after a cosmetic procedure?
Wait at least two weeks after any cosmetic facial procedure.
Is this the same as the studio treatment?
It uses the same techniques as The HEAT Face Workout at HEAT studios.

How to use
1. Prep
Apply any facial oil, serum, balm or moisturiser.
2. Activate
Tap collarbone, jaw and in front of the ears. Three slow breaths.
3. Direction
Follow the arrows — 5–10 strokes per zone, then 3 pumps where the stroke ends. One side, then mirror.
4. Pressure
Light, slow, rhythmic. With the skin, not into the muscle.
5. Finish
Close with 3 pumps just above the collarbone.
