How does the suction work?
Squeeze the cup, place it on the skin and release for suction. Always keep it gliding. Never hold it in one spot.
Do I need oil?
Yes. Apply any facial oil, balm or moisturiser first so the cups glide.
How do I clean them?
Wash with warm soapy water after each use.
Can I use them after a cosmetic procedure?
Wait at least two weeks after any cosmetic facial procedure.

How to use
1. Prep
Apply any facial oil, balm or moisturiser. Squeeze cup, release for suction.
2. Activate
Tap collarbone, jaw and in front of the ears. Three slow breaths.
3. Direction
Follow the arrows — 5–10 glides per zone, then 3 pumps where the glide ends. One side, then mirror.
4. Pressure
Light suction. Slow. Never hold. Always glide.
5. Finish
Close with 3 pumps just above the collarbone.
