- Apply body oil or moisturizer to prepare the skin.
- Gently glide the gua sha along the contours of your arms, legs, torso, feet, and hands in long, sweeping motions.
- Using gentle pressure, stroke each area 3-5 times, always towards your heart.
- Finish each stroke with a light massage at the endpoint (lymph nodes).
- Rinse tool after use and store in a dry place.
