How to use
1. Prep
Apply any body lotion, balm or oil.
2. Activate
Tap collarbone, armpits, bikini line and behind the knees. Three slow breaths.
3. Direction
Follow the arrows toward the open points. 5–10 strokes per area. Belly: clockwise circles first.
4. Pressure
Light, slow, rhythmic. With the skin, not into the muscle.
5. Finish
Close at the point you ended. 3 final pumps.
