Vinyasa Flow · 75 min

Traditional Vinyasa poses combined into powerful, energetic sequences that follow the rhythm of the breath. A moving meditation that builds strength, balance and mobility while the mind quietens. Each sequence is designed fresh for the class, the season and the people in the room.

YinYang · 75 min

Two styles in one class. We open with Yang. Dynamic sequences and standing poses that generate heat in the body. Then we drop into Yin, slower and seated, to let everything settle.

Yoga Nidra · 75 min

A sleep-based meditation practice and the deepest conscious rest most people ever experience. Your body is completely at ease while your mind stays alert and aware. People often sleep beautifully the night after.

Kundalini · 90 min

A highly personal take on Kundalini, inspired by Yin. Breath, movement and calming sound come together in an immersive, reflective practice.

Katonah Yoga Flow · 75 min

A dynamic class rooted in traditional Hatha, open to every level. Poses are treated as universal archetypes and patterns, with metaphor, Dao and numerology opening up a conversation that speaks to the mind as much as the body. Isabelle's classes come with music, humour and real sensitivity to her students. Katonah Yoga® was founded by Nevine Michaan in Katonah, New York.

Mat Pilates · 75 min

Functional variety for your week. Emphasis on breath work and building functional strength, with a focus on mindfulness and body awareness. Expect better posture, more energy and improved flexibility.

Breathwork · 90 min

Your breath is the tool, and you will learn to use it consciously across several breathwork styles. Sessions can shift your everyday breathing pattern, release stress, and leave you deeply relaxed with more energy than you walked in with. Every session is designed uniquely, and always ends with meditation and rest. Suits complete beginners and experienced breathers alike.
