HEAT makes bio-hacking for real life. Founded in Stockholm in 2018, built on Sweat, Sculpt, Recover. Studios at NK Stockholm and in Palma. And the HEAT Collection at home, from our sauna blanket to the tools sold at Kicks, Lyko and on our own webshop.
The next chapter is online. We want one person to own it.
The role
You'll run heatbysophialie.com end to end. The store, the email flows, the ads, the affiliate tooling, our next product launch. You'll work directly with the founder and a small team. And you'll use AI for everything that isn't judgement. If you still write product descriptions by hand, this isn't for you.
What we're looking for
- You've grown a Shopify store before, yours or a client's, and you can show us the numbers
- You know Klaviyo or Mailchimp, Meta ads and GA4 well enough to fix them, not just read them
- You build your own tools
- You'd rather have a share of what you create than a salary for showing up
The deal
- Commission based: a percentage of the growth you deliver, paid monthly
- A clear path to a bigger role as the brand scales
- Part time is fine
- Stockholm is nice but not required
