Role Outline

We are now looking for a Freelance Junior Designer to support our marketing team across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a junior designer or design student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing wellness brand, working closely with our internal team on day-to-day creative needs.

This is a paid, hourly freelance role offering flexibility and exposure to a wide range of design projects.

About the role

  • Create and adapt newsletter designs and supporting imagery

  • Work across Canva and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals

  • Support with print-ready artwork, including signage for studios and pop-up events

  • Design social media content and digital assets in line with brand guidelines

  • Assist with basic video editing for social and digital platforms (a plus)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and launches

  • Ensure all designs are aligned with HEAT by Sophia Lie’s visual identity and tone of voice

About You:

  • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong visual eye

  • Comfortable working across both Canva and Adobe Illustrator

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Organized and able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously

  • Interest in branding, digital content, and social media

  • Passionate about wellness, design, and creative storytelling

Your Profile:

  • Junior designer or design student (or equivalent experience)

  • Portfolio or examples of relevant design work (digital and/or print)

  • Basic experience with video editing tools is a bonus

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team

  • Available for a flexible, project-based freelance engagement that can demand quick
