HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket Competition – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This competition is organised by by Sophia Lie AB, company registration number 559133-4965, with registered address at Regeringsgatan 47, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden (“HEAT”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of HEAT and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.The competition is open worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The competition is void where prohibited.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Competition Period

The competition runs from Tuesday 24 February 2026 to Tuesday 10 March 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided on HEAT’s official Instagram account (@heatbysophialie) during the competition period.

Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. HEAT reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) HEAT Infrared Sauna Blankets™ (total prize value: 15,990 SEK).

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

HEAT reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, HEAT reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery

The prize will be shipped to an address provided by the winner.

The winner may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges depending on their country of residence.

HEAT is not responsible for delays, customs clearance procedures, additional charges imposed by local authorities, or incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.

HEAT reserves the right to restrict delivery to certain territories for logistical or legal reasons.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting requirements, or other governmental charges that may arise in connection with receipt of the prize under the laws of their country of residence.

HEAT will comply with any mandatory reporting obligations imposed on it under applicable law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with HEAT’s Privacy Policy, available [here].

10. Limitation of Liability

HEAT accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues, internet failure, or platform malfunction.

HEAT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the competition.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
