Our Mykonos studio is now closed for the season, and what a season it was.
We loved bringing results-driven wellness to the island in partnership with Anandes Hotel, uniting Grecian elegance with HEAT’s signature system of Sweat, Sculpt, and Recover.

Located within the luxury five-star Anandes Hotel, our Mykonos pop-up introduced the island's first-ever Biohacker Suite,  blending cutting-edge technology with holistic therapies. From Outdoor Ice Baths, guided breathwork, Infrared Sauna to Compression, and Contrast Therapy, every experience was designed to reset, revive, and re-energize between beach, party, and beyond.

Alongside signature HEAT treatments like LPG Massage, HEAT Face Workout, and LED Light Therapy, guests also enjoyed exclusive Anandes programs including The Pre-Beach, The Pre-Party, and The Post-Flight.
