How to use

Tap collarbone, armpits, bikini line and behind the knees. Three slow breaths.
3. Direction
Follow the arrows toward the open points. Belly: clockwise circles first.
4. Pressure
Firm, brisk strokes.
5. Finish
Follow with a warm shower.
