HEAT x Body & Soul Care – The Sweat & Soul Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Organisers

This giveaway is organised jointly by by Sophia Lie AB, company registration number 559133-4965, with registered address at Regeringsgatan 47, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden (“HEAT”), and Body Soul Care Stockholm AB, company registration number 559586-9255, with registered address at Hammarby Allé 20, 120 30 Stockholm, Sweden (“Body & Soul Care”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of Sweden aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of either organiser and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from Friday 18 September 2026 at 19:00 CET to Friday 25 September 2026 at 23:59 CET. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow both @heatbysophialie and @bodysoulcare on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments.

Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one further entry. Tags must be of genuine accounts. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries, including bulk tagging. Both accounts must be followed at the time the winner is drawn.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket Kit™, including blanket, insert and pillow set and travel bag (value 7,495 kr)
• Three (3) Infrared Sauna sessions at HEAT Stockholm (value 1,485 kr)
• Body & Soul Care workout kit (value 1,999 kr)
• Twelve (12) months membership in the Body & Soul Care app (value 1,548 kr)

Total prize value 12,527 kr.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The organisers reserve the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.

The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message from @heatbysophialie during the week commencing Monday 28 September 2026, and announced in the Instagram stories of both accounts. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery and Redemption

The HEAT Infrared Sauna Blanket Kit and the Body & Soul Care workout kit will be shipped free of charge to an address in Sweden provided by the winner.

The three Infrared Sauna sessions are redeemable at HEAT Stockholm, Regeringsgatan 47, 111 56 Stockholm, only. They have no expiry date and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

The Body & Soul Care app is available in Swedish only. The membership runs for twelve months from activation.

The organisers are not responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting requirements or other governmental charges that may arise in connection with receipt of the prize.

The organisers will comply with any mandatory reporting obligations imposed on them under applicable law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize, and in accordance with HEAT's Privacy Policy. Data provided by the winner will be deleted once the prize has been received.

10. Limitation of Liability

The organisers accept no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues, internet failure or platform malfunction.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Any changes will be published on this page.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
