HEAT by Sophia Lie is the first of its kind recovery lounge and leader in Scandinavian wellness space, founded in 2018 by Founder and CEO Sophia Lie.

HEAT just opened its doors to a new exciting location in the heart of Palma. We offer Infrared Saunas, LPG Massages, Signature Face Workout Treatments, and other Face and Body Treatments. We also offer our in-house line of cutting-edge technology, tools and products. With an emphasis on biohacking, we combine result-driven treatments with a personalized spa touch. HEAT is a fast growing business with plans to expand, and we are currently looking for passionate talents with a professional and motivational mindset and attitude. Main Responsibilities

  • Supports a client-centric culture, where the full energy and activity are focused on highly satisfying client experiences
  • Builds client loyalty, retention and satisfaction by delivering engaging, impactful and memorable experiences at the Studio
  • Understands and adheres to HEAT brand standards
  • Reinforces HEAT selling behaviors and processes at all times
  • Delivers top line sales results of treatments, add-on treatments, in-house and partner products
  • Takes initiatives to elevate and display expert knowledge in all treatments and products
  • Maintain awareness of all sales and promotions
  • Processes client transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Replenish and recover merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant Studio
  • Assists in maintenance of back of house and stock, including both merchandise and non-merchandise to brand standard to enable efficient replenishment
  • Assists in Customer Service replies
  • Carefully and accurately maintain housekeeping standards of the Studio in between clients, and communicates maintenance issues to direct report
  • Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
  • Reinforces Studio strategy to reduce shrink

Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience within sales, retail, wellness or other relevant industry
  • Social and outgoing, with a genuine desire to provide excellent client service to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to multitask, while being attentive to clients and ensuring the Studio’s clean and representable at all times 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Commercially aware with a passion for wellness, beauty and skincare
  • Ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to work as part of a fast-growing team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Desire to learn about products within all categories
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Flexibility to take on extra hours to cover holidays, illnesses or emergencies
