The role:

  • Research and identify new sales opportunities aligned with HEAT by Sophia Lie’s brand direction
    and target customer, driving expansion to meet growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a wholesale strategy to expand our presence in the wellness market.
  • Manage the success in existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, merchandise
    assortment and negotiate favourable terms to reach set targets per market
  • Handle forecasting and inventory management to drive profitability, by ensuring sell through of remaining inventory by end of season and feedback on core product lines to the CEO.
  • Develop and implement strategic key account marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and seasonal calendars.
  • Lead the yearly and seasonal budget process in collaboration with leadership.
  • Ensure a top-tier, professional sell-in process each season.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand HEAT by Sophia Lie’s wholesale presence.
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage contracts and trade terms with distributors and partners.
  • Represent HEAT by Sophia Lie at key industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives and ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company goals.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining sustainable relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and confident in managing wholesale sales processes.
  • Passionate about wellness, innovation, and brand development.

 

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience working in wholesale sales, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or
    lifestyle industries.
  • Established industry relationships and network within relevant retail and wellness sectors.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, payment, and shipping terms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.

  • Consultant basis / Part-time position
  • Commission-based compensation
