Role Outline
Overall store responsibility to drive sales, customer experience, brand delivery, operational excellence, and HEAT by Sophia Lies high-performance selling culture. Lead initiative to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, associate engagement, productivity, and studio profitability in accordance with our brand goals and operating procedures.

About HEAT by Sophia Lie
A leader in Scandinavian wellness space, HEAT by Sophia Lie offers Infrared Saunas, LPG Massage, Signature Face Workout Treatments and other Face and Body Treatments. With an emphasis on bio-hacking, we combine result-driven treatments with the spa touch. We also sell our own in-house line of cutting-edge technology, tools and products. We currently have a pop-up studio in a five star Nobis Hotel, Stockholm with new markets to launch in the nearest future. HEAT is a fast-growing business with plans to expand. Main Responsibilities
• Manage the overall studio and lead financial growth and P&L results
• Lead the studio and drive studio results through the effective onboarding, coaching, and
development of the studio team
• Deliver top line sales results and growth through business insight to action
• Build and grow high performing teams through empowerment, and accountability
• Promote business performance and lead change through a positive growth mindset
• Partner with HQ teams to expand the customer pool & enhance revenue
• Build brand by cultivating customer loyalty and satisfaction (5-star customer experience)
• Set HEAT by Sophia Lie expectations to brand standards, to ensure brand consistency that impacts
the customer experience and maximizes overall business results
• Ensure that all studio operations and spaces are maintained at the highest standard
• Inspire team to unlock individual potential for extraordinary individual selling and productivity results,
while enhancing associate satisfaction and retention
Accountabilities
• Sales, budgets, invoicing and basic book keeping
• Inventory management and stock control, effectively completing stock takes.
• Customer satisfaction and loyalty
• High-Performance selling culture; promote team retention and development
• Operational and brand execution excellence

Experience & Skills
• 5 years sales experience in high volume stores leading large size multi-level teams
• Ability to manage complex priorities with strong management and organizational skills
• Outstanding business acumen with strong strategic analytical skills
• Capable to access talent, coach, develop and manage performance
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience in Mindbody/online booking systems a plus
• Commercially aware with a passion for wellness, beauty and skincare
